Automation & Full-Stack Engineer

About the roleWe are looking for a hands-on technical builder who can self-host tools, wire up automations, and ship working software end to end. You will own our internal tooling and infrastructure - from spinning up open source apps on our own servers, to building automated workflows, to developing and hosting websites and internal apps.This is a broad, high-ownership role suited to someone who likes solving problems across the stack rather than staying in one lane.What you will doSelf-host and maintain open source tools on our own infrastructureDesign, build, and maintain automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similarBuild, deploy, and host websites and internal web appsWrite clean, maintainable code across front end and back endConnect systems together via APIs and webhooksKeep infrastructure secure, reliable, and documentedWhat we are looking forPractical experience self-hosting open source tools (Docker, VPS, or similar)Strong hands-on skills with at least one automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier)Solid coding ability - comfortable across full-stack web developmentExperience deploying and hosting websites or appsA builder mindset: you ship, test, and iterate independentlyNice to haveExperience with n8n specifically (our preferred automation tool)Familiarity with API integrations and no-code / low-code toolingComfort working in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment
