🗂 We’re Hiring: Automation Engineer🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a technically skilled, analytical, and solutions-focused Automation Engineer to design, develop, implement, and optimize industrial automation and control systems. This role will work closely with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, IT, and Operations teams to improve process efficiency, system reliability, safety, and overall operational performance.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, implement, and maintain industrial automation and control systems.• Program, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and related automation systems.• Develop control logic, sequences, interlocks, alarms, and automated process functions.• Integrate automation systems with machinery, sensors, instrumentation, robotics, databases, MES, ERP, and other business systems.• Conduct system testing, commissioning, validation, and performance optimization.• Diagnose automation hardware, software, instrumentation, communication, and control system issues.• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.• Develop and maintain electrical, control, instrumentation, automation, and system documentation.• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities for automation equipment and control systems.• Monitor system performance, reliability, availability, and operational KPIs.• Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.• Support automation upgrades, system migrations, modernization projects, and technology implementations.• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers, system integrators, contractors, and external vendors.• Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication networks and automation protocols.• Support industrial cybersecurity initiatives, system backups, access controls, and recovery procedures.• Ensure automation solutions comply with applicable engineering, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, operators, and engineering teams.• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, testing records, and management updates.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in automation engineering, control systems, electrical engineering, instrumentation, robotics, or a related technical field.• Strong experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, industrial control systems, and automation technologies.• Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi, Omron, or similar systems.• Strong understanding of industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, sensors, actuators, and electrical systems.• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, OPC, or similar technologies.• Experience with system integration, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and automation optimization.• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.• Knowledge of industrial networking, databases, MES, ERP, or production systems is an advantage.• Understanding of industrial cybersecurity and Operational Technology (OT) security is preferred.• Strong project management, technical documentation, and communication skills.• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, IT, Operations, and external vendors.• Ability to work in industrial environments and respond to critical technical issues when required.• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.• Relevant automation, PLC, SCADA, robotics, engineering, or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to design and implement advanced industrial automation solutions.• Exposure to PLC, SCADA, robotics, control systems, industrial networking, instrumentation, and digital transformation.• Opportunity to lead automation improvement, modernization, and operational efficiency initiatives.• Career progression into Senior Automation Engineer, Lead Automation Engineer, Control Systems Engineer, Automation Manager, OT Engineer, Engineering Manager, or Head of Automation roles.• A technology-driven, safety-focused, and collaborative work environment.• Technical training, certifications, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
