Automation Engineer

Job description:2+ Years ExpKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, etc.) using Structured Text (ST) and Function Block (FB) languages.Design and develop SCADA/HMI applications with integration to MS Access or SQL databases for reporting and data logging.Configure, test, debug, and optimize machine automation sequences and control logic.Integrate, configure, and troubleshoot servo drives, servo motors, and motion control systems (e.g., Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens).Work with and commission field sensors such as proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, and vision systems.Perform system testing, commissioning, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at customer sites.Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and field devices.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and operation manuals.Collaborate with electrical and software design teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.Pan India Customer Site Support & Travel2 years of experience as Automation Engineer.
