قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Title: Automation Engineer (Sign contract with PERSOL)Location: Viettel Complex Building, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Hoa Hung, Ho Chi MinhDuration: 12 months About the Job:The team is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our expanding product development organization.In this rewarding role, your mission is twofold: to partner closely with design engineering to drive and guide early hardware design decisions and to collaborate effectively with manufacturing partners and equipment providers to develop robust, efficient, and cost-effective high volume automated assembly processes and solutions. You will be heavily involved in the entire product development lifecycle—from architecture selection to assembly process creation to final factory implementation and qualification—ensuring we deliver industry-leading smartwatches to users worldwide.Responsibilities:Influence product definition and architecture selection, in close collaboration with product design teams, via early design for automation engagementGenerate detailed functional requirements specifications for automated adhesive dispensing, vision-guided pick-and-place, sealing, screw driving, cleaning, conveyance, and other precision electronic assembly operationsPartner with manufacturing and automation equipment providers to design, develop, and qualify robust, cost-effective, high-volume automated solutionsDevelop automation implementation schedules and provide technical oversight during factory and site acceptance testing activitiesManage cross-functional programs with global teams and contract manufacturing partners to ensure factory readiness and successful product deliveryMinimum Qualifications (MQs):Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation/Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience8 years of experience in technical program management and automation engineeringExperience leading the specification, development, and implementation of automated manufacturing equipment, including robotics, precision motor control, dispense, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systemsExpertise collaborating closely with design teams early in the hardware lifecycle to ensure design for automation principles are properly incorporated into product architecturesPreferred Qualifications (PQs):Master's degree in mechanical, controls, or mechatronics engineeringExperience with high-volume, high-precision consumer electronicsFluency with NX or other CAD tools, DOE, GRR, tolerance analysis, and statistical analysisExperience in ROI methodology and managing headcount/capital expenditure rollupsComprehensive automation vendor management experience, from initial request for proposal (RFP) and functional specification through design reviews, acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), and factory deploymentPackage:Salary range: Open to discuss based on experienceFull SHUI12 ALContact:Phone/Zalo: 0918196610 (Ms. Mai)Email: mai.xuanhuynh@persolapac.com*Please note that only selected candidates will be contacted.
