Automation Engineer

Design, build, and maintain automation flows that support large-scale enterprise processes.Develop and optimize workflow automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.Integrate with existing enterprise solutions through various methodologies including API, MCP, UI Path, TerraForm, etc.Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and technical documentation.Work with API standards and integration methods to connect automated workflows across systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities. What you will need to have:Bachelor’s degree in business related field.3+ years professional experience in an automation engineering roleExperience with modeling / diagramming tools such as Visio or similarExperience using AI tools for productivity and agentic flowsWhat would be great to have:Experience in Appian workflow developmentFinancial Services domain experienceExperience in TerraForm, UI_Path, and Claude Code
