The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems to optimize processes and ensure efficiency. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, improving process control systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational goals. The role also involves working with robotics and electrical systems to streamline automation projects and improve performance. Qualifications Proven expertise in Troubleshooting and Process ControlStrong knowledge in Electrical Engineering principles and applicationsExperience with Automation systems and RoboticsEffective problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work on-site in Irapuato, GUA, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related fieldFamiliarity with industry-standard automation tools and safety protocols is a plus
