The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that support RecruitiX’s digital HR and people solutions. Responsibilities include building and optimizing front-end interfaces, implementing robust back-end services and APIs, and ensuring seamless integration across the full technology stack. The role involves collaborating with product owners, designers, and HR consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions, improving system performance, security, and user experience. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will also participate in code reviews, mentor other engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of development practices.Qualifications Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering end-to-end web applications.Solid Back-End Web Development expertise, including building APIs, integrating databases, and optimizing server-side performance.Proficient Front-End Development capabilities, including responsive UI implementation using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks.Experience working with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and secure coding practices.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience in senior or lead engineering roles, with the ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical architecture.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in HR technology, enterprise SaaS, or business process automation is an advantage.
