Automation QA Engineer with German (Onsite)

Our Sofia team works closely with international colleagues and clients to build reliable, scalable, and innovative software products.Your Role:As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design and implement robust test automation frameworks, collaborate closely with developers and product teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of our QA practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites- Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners in an agile environment- Analyze requirements and define effective test strategies- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines- Perform API, integration, and UI automation testing- Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to QA best practices- Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiencyRequired Skills & Experience- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance- Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#)- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, or similar)- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills in English and German
