This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing, industrial automation, motion controls, or related technologies who wants to make a direct impact on regional sales strategy and business development.You’ll lead a team of four outside sales representatives across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia, working closely with leadership to expand key accounts, develop new business, and drive profitable growth.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, coach, and support a team of 4 outside sales representatives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects.Identify new markets, products, services, and business opportunities.Develop and execute regional sales strategies and growth plans.Establish account objectives, forecasts, and sales initiatives.Provide ongoing sales training, guidance, and leadership.Drive profitable revenue growth and achieve key account objectives.Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to maximize opportunities.Build a strong professional network and represent the organization with a high level of professionalism.🎯 Qualifications5+ years of experience managing or overseeing a sales team, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Experience with industrial automation systems, motion controls, or related technologies.Proven track record of developing customer relationships and growing sales.Strong leadership, communication, networking, and business development skills.💰 Compensation & Benefits$130,000–$160,000 base salaryCommission/bonus opportunity on top of base salaryHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k)Paid time offIf you're an experienced sales leader ready to take your career to the next level in industrial automation and motion controls, we’d love to connect.
