A lot of moving parts, and almost all of it running on Google Workspace, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Forms, Docs.About the RoleWe want someone who can turn that Workspace into an actual operating system: automated and connected.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Apps Script automations across Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Forms, and DocsDesign internal tools on top of Workspace campaign trackers, creator databases, reporting dashboards, approval flows, client-facing sheetsConnect Workspace to external systems via APIs (Instagram/Meta, YouTube, Slack, Notion, Zoho Books, etc.)Replace manual, repetitive ops work with triggers, scheduled jobs, and custom menus/sidebarsOwn data hygiene: structured sheets, validation, permissions, versioningDocument everything so the team can run it without youScope requirements directly with account, creative, and finance teamsQualificationsExperience: 3+ yearsRequired SkillsDeep, production-level experience with Google Apps Script (V8 runtime, triggers, quotas, error handling, OAuth scopes)Strong JavaScript fundamentalsComfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrationsAdvanced Google Sheets and Google Docs (complex formulas, data modelling, performance on large sheets)
