The firm is open to high-upside junior talent and is willing to teach the business and lifecycle to the right individual with strong technical curiosityResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day trade and operational workflows across asset classesIdentify opportunities to automate and improve manual processesPartner with operations, technology, and trading teams on workflow enhancementAssist with data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting taskRequirement1-5 years of experience in operations, middle office, data, or analytics roleWorking knowledge of Python and/or AlteryxStrong interest in process automation and efficiency improvementHighly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillBachelor’s degree required (STEM, analytics, finance, or related preferred)Nice to Havesexposure to capital markets or trade lifecycleexperience with SQL or data tools
