(open to discussion)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4pm-12:30amOverviewWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment used in the manufacturing of precision plastic components for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.DutiesSet-up, maintain, troubleshoot and repair all automated equipmentDiagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to restore operations quickly and safelyRepair, maintain molding machines, automaton, robots and auxiliary equipmentTroubleshoot, repair electrical/electronic circuits on various types of equipmentTroubleshoot, repair and repair various mechanical equipment (conveyors, robots, chillers, compressors, dryers, pumps, etc.)Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manualsComplete routine paperwork as requiredOther duties as assigned.RequirementsMinimum 2 Year diploma in a technician programMinimum 3 years maintenance experience or equivalentExperience working with injection molding equipment, plastics manufacturing, or automotive manufacturing preferredAbility to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsExcellent English language communication skills (both verbal & written)Knowledge of lock out proceduresExperience in PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Low voltage electrical/electronicsWorking knowledge of technical manuals, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and IQMSKnowledge of electric, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and robotic systemsAwareness of all safety policies and procedures
