General QualificationsBachelor’s degree from relevant university departments,Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,Preferably with after sales experience at least 5 years in the field of Automobile industry,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken),Proficient in MS Office applications,Willingness and ability to travel,Job DescriptionConduct regular visits to automobile dealers to perform evaluations and follow-ups,Prepare and present after-sales reports and presentations,Manage after-sales dealer operations and develop dealer improvement plans,Monitor dealer risks and financial status,Facilitate communication between dealers and HTR,Ensure dealer compliance with HTR aftersales standards,Analyze and monitor dealership KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
