Auto ElectricianKEY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIESElectrical troubleshooting of cranes, forklifts, and heavy equipment.Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.Diagnosis and repair of sensors, limit switches, safety devices, relays, and control circuits.Troubleshooting of CAN Bus communication systems and electronic control modules.Maintenance and repair of alternators, starters, batteries, charging systems, and lighting circuits.Experience with load monitoring systems, PLC based controls.Ability to identify and rectify faults in both AC and DC electrical systems.Specific knowledge and hands on experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of crawler & RT cranes, Diesel & Electrical forklifts.Ability to diagnose and rectify electrical and electronic faults in lifting and material handling equipment with minimal supervision.Ability to diagnose and rectify air conditioning system faults in vehicles, forklifts, and cranes.Ability to identify and select correct spare parts using OEM parts manuals, parts catalogs.Preparing maintenance reports, recording inspection findings and understanding OEM manualsAbility to operate MEWP for work at height activities, provided the required training and certification have been completed.Candidates with prior experience in crane and forklift maintenance will be preferred, as the majority of our equipment fleet consists of lifting and material handling equipment.
