About MoqablahMoqablah is an outcome-driven career services company focused on helping professionals access relevant hiring opportunities through targeted employer outreach, executive-search engagement, and structured job-search execution.Unlike traditional career coaching platforms, Moqablah combines candidate positioning with direct market outreach, helping clients connect with recruiters, executive-search firms, and hiring decision-makers across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.Our model is built around measurable outcomes, disciplined execution, and a highly targeted approach to each client’s career search.Key responsibilitiesProvide sector expertise across the automotive and mobility industry to support Moqablah’s client engagements.Advise on relevant employers, market segments, functions, and career opportunities across the automotive ecosystem.Support the identification and prioritization of target companies for professionals seeking opportunities in the sector.Provide insights on automotive manufacturers, distributors, dealerships, suppliers, mobility companies, and related ecosystem players.Help assess candidate backgrounds against relevant automotive roles, functions, and market requirements.Support the development of tailored career positioning and outreach strategies for automotive professionals.Provide insights on industry structure, key employers, hiring trends, and emerging areas of demand.Support Moqablah’s team in understanding role relevance, seniority fit, and appropriate employer targeting.Contribute to sector-specific employer mapping and opportunity identification.Support selected client discussions where deeper automotive industry knowledge is required.Maintain awareness of developments in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC automotive sector.Provide practical guidance on functions including strategy, operations, manufacturing, sales, aftersales, supply chain, localization, mobility, and business development.Candidate profile12+ years of experience in the automotive, mobility, manufacturing, or related sectors.Strong understanding of the automotive value chain and major industry players.Experience with OEMs, distributors, dealerships, suppliers, mobility companies, consulting firms, or automotive-related government entities is highly preferred.Strong understanding of the Saudi and GCC automotive market.Experience in one or more areas such as automotive strategy, manufacturing, sales, distribution, aftersales, supply chain, localization, or mobility.Strong commercial and market understanding.Ability to assess senior professional profiles and understand where they fit within the automotive ecosystem.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Existing industry network across automotive companies, recruiters, or senior executives is highly advantageous.Fluent English required; Arabic is advantageous.What we are looking forWe are looking for a senior automotive professional who brings deep sector knowledge, strong market understanding, and practical insight into how the automotive industry operates.The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand a professional’s background, identify where they fit within the automotive ecosystem, and provide Moqablah with clear direction on relevant employers, functions, and opportunities.LocationUnited Arab Emirates
