JAECOO is dedicated to innovation and breakthroughs, leading the new urban off-road trend with exceptional four-wheel-drive performance, remarkable safety features, and forward-thinking intelligent technologies.Autorun is the authorized car dealer for OMODA & JAECOO and iCAUR in Dubai, representing innovative and rapidly growing automotive brands in the UAE market.Job Title: F&I Coordinator (Finance & Insurance)Work Location: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:- Coordinate and process vehicle finance applications, ensuring all customer documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted to the relevant banks.- Liaise and communicate directly with banks and financial institutions regarding loan applications, approvals, documentation, disbursements, and other finance-related requirements.- Follow up closely with banks on pending applications, approvals, valuations, and disbursements to ensure timely vehicle deliveries.- Coordinate with the Sales team and customers to collect required documents, explain finance requirements, and provide regular updates on application status.- Coordinate vehicle insurance arrangements and ensure insurance documentation is completed prior to vehicle delivery, when applicable.- Maintain accurate records of finance applications, approvals, pending cases, bank requirements, and completed transactions.- Ensure all F&I documentation is properly completed and processed in accordance with company policies, bank requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.- Build and maintain professional working relationships with banks, insurance providers, sales teams, and other relevant stakeholders.Qualifications, Experience & Skills:- At least 1 year F&I experience in the automotive industry in Dubai/UAE.- Previous experience in F&I, automotive finance, banking coordination, or dealership finance operations is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of automotive vehicle financing processes and documentation requirements in the UAE.- Experience handling loan applications, bank approvals, disbursements, and finance-related customer documentation.- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with customers, banks, sales teams, and insurance providers.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and customer documentation.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or automotive CRM systems.- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines, particularly when coordinating vehicle deliveries.- Immediate joiners will be highly prioritized.What We Offer:- Competitive salary package.- Company-provided medical insurance and residence visa in accordance with UAE law.- Supportive team culture, with regular product and process training.Work Schedule: 6 days per week, with 1 day off
