‏⁦مدير صيانة سياراتالمهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة وتشغيل مركز الصيانة والإشراف على سير العمل اليومي.
• الإشراف على الفنيين وتوزيع أوامر العمل ومتابعة الإنتاجية.
• مراجعة وتشخيص الأعطال والتأكد من دقة التشخيص قبل تنفيذ الإصلاحات.
• متابعة جودة أعمال الصيانة والفحص النهائي للسيارات قبل التسليم.
• متابعة التسعيرات والتأكد من اعتماد الأعمال المطلوبة قبل التنفيذ.
• متابعة حالات إعادة الإصلاح والشكاوى الفنية وتحليل أسبابها ومعالجتها.
• ضبط استهلاك قطع الغيار والحد من الهدر والأخطاء الفنية.
• متابعة أداء وانضباط الفريق الفني وتطوير مستوى العاملين.
• إعداد ومتابعة التقارير التشغيلية ومؤشرات الأداء KPI.
• العمل على رفع كفاءة وإنتاجية وربحية مركز الصيانة.المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تقنية وصيانة السيارات، الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال صيانة السيارات، ويفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في منصب إشرافي أو إداري.
• خبرة جيدة في تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والإلكترونية.
• خبرة في إدارة مراكز أو ورش صيانة السيارات.
• مهارات قوية في القيادة وإدارة فرق العمل.
• القدرة على تحليل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات الفنية.
• إجادة استخدام الحاسب والأنظمة المتعلقة بإدارة الصيانة.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and operate the automotive maintenance center and oversee daily workflow.Supervise technicians, assign work orders, and monitor productivity.Review and diagnose vehicle faults, ensuring diagnostic accuracy before repairs are carried out.Monitor the quality of maintenance work and conduct final inspections before vehicle delivery.Review quotations and ensure customer approval is obtained for required work before execution.Follow up on repeat repairs and technical complaints, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.Control spare parts consumption and minimize waste and technical errors.Monitor the performance and discipline of the technical team and support staff development.Prepare and monitor operational reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Work continuously to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the maintenance center.Qualifications & Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Automotive Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive maintenance, preferably with previous supervisory or managerial experience.Strong experience in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.Experience in managing automotive maintenance centers or workshops.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to analyze problems and make sound technical decisions.Proficiency in computer applications and maintenance management systems.Good communication and customer service skills.Work Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaInterested candidates are requested to send their CV and mention “Automotive Maintenance Manager” in the subject line of the application email to:ayman@filtercs.com⁩
