Automotive Sales Coordinator

In the U.A.E, iCAUR is building its presence with innovative REEV SUVs designed for modern, adventurous lifestyles under its global spirit, “Born to Play.”Join iCAUR U.A.E and be part of a fast-growing automotive brand shaping the future of intelligent mobility.Job PurposeSupport daily sales operations, reporting, dealer coordination and stock management to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.Follow up on sales orders and vehicle accessories, including floor mats.Coordinate dealer orders, provide stock updates and assign VIN numbers.Monitor daily stock movements and order planning.Prepare an internal stock report every 3 days and highlight low-stock risks to the Head of Sales.Track sales targets, orders, vehicle allocation and delivery status.Coordinate with Logistics, Finance and Aftersales for vehicle delivery.Maintain accurate sales, stock, dealer and CRM records.Prepare quotations, invoices and required sales documentation.Support the implementation and communication of sales policies.Follow up with dealers on pending orders, documents and requirements.Qualification/Experience/SkillsOver 1 year experience in automotive sales coordination/administration in U.A.E.Good knowledge of automotive sales, stock and vehicle delivery processes.Strong Excel and reporting skills.Excellent coordination, accuracy and follow-up skills.U.A.E automotive OEM/distributor/dealership experience preferred.Candidate needs to have a valid U.A.E driving license.Work schedule - 6 days a week, 1 day off.
