Automotive Spare Parts PurchaserKey ResponsibilitiesSource and purchase automotive spare parts, lubricants, consumables and accessories.Identify correct OEM/OES/aftermarket parts using vehicle make, model, VIN/chassis number and technical specifications.Source parts from appropriate UAE/GCC distributors and suppliers.Obtain and compare quotations based on price, availability, quality, warranty and lead time.Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.Prepare and process purchase orders and coordinate urgent/spot purchases.Maintain strong knowledge of automotive spare-parts market pricing.Verify delivered parts against PO, specifications, quantity and quality.Process purchasing transactions, invoices and receipt records in Oracle/ERP systems.Perform three-way matching of PO, invoice and delivery note.Reconcile supplier invoices, statements of account and petty-cash/spot-purchase claims.Coordinate supplier payments with Finance.Manage supplier performance, returns, replacements and credit notes.Identify alternative suppliers and equivalent parts to improve availability and reduce costs.Coordinate with workshops, service advisors, stores, technicians and Finance.Support inventory planning for fast-moving, slow-moving, critical and obsolete parts.Requirements3–6 years of automotive spare-parts purchasing experience.Parts sales exposure is required as per the current JD.Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts.Existing knowledge of UAE/GCC automotive spare-parts suppliers and distributors.Experience within dealerships, automotive distributors, quick-service centres or multi-brand workshops preferred.Experience with invoice processing and reconciliation.Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, Commerce or related discipline.Hands-on experience with Oracle or similar ERP and Garage Management software.Strong Excel and communication skills.Automotive Parts | Automotive Spare Parts | Spare Parts | Parts Procurement | Automotive Procurement | Purchasing | Strategic Sourcing | Supplier Management | Vendor Management | OEM Parts | Aftermarket Parts | Parts Identification | Parts Sourcing | Purchase Orders | Procurement | Negotiation | Inventory ManagementVIN | Chassis Number | Parts Catalog | Electronic Parts Catalog | EPC | OEM | OES | Aftermarket | Automotive Aftermarket | Vehicle Parts | Parts Pricing | Parts Sales | Dealership Operations | Workshop OperationsOracle ERP | ERP | Purchase Requisitions | Purchase Orders | Invoice Processing | Invoice Reconciliation | Three-Way Matching | Accounts Payable | Statement of Account | Petty Cash | Microsoft Excel
