The organization offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge transportation systems in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Role Description The Autonomous Vehicle Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Musaffah, responsible for overseeing daily operations of autonomous vehicles within Tawasul Autonomous. This role monitors vehicle performance and route adherence using real-time systems, coordinates with the Monitoring & Control Center, and ensures compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. The supervisor conducts routine checks, documents incidents, and supports troubleshooting in collaboration with technical teams. The position involves communicating with stakeholders, preparing operational reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of autonomous mobility services. The Autonomous Vehicle Supervisor also supports training and guidance for operational staff to maintain high-quality service standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in operational supervision, fleet coordination, and daily activity monitoring for transportation or mobility services.Candidates should possess skills in safety management, incident reporting, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.Candidates should possess skills in using real-time monitoring systems, basic data interpretation, and working with technology-driven platforms.Candidates should possess skills in communication, stakeholder coordination, and preparing clear, concise operational documentation.Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, smart mobility, or automotive operations is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Musaffah in a shift-based environment, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with autonomous or advanced driver-assistance systems is an advantage.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, transportation management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
