Key Responsibilities

Perform daily field visits using company service vehicles (Pick-Up) to respond to critical helpdesk tickets.Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for desktop PCs, laptops, and computer labs.Inspect and test Cat6 network drops and patch panels using advanced network testers.Replace printer toners, rollers, and handle hardware/paper jam troubleshooting.Fill out technical service checklists and close maintenance tickets upon client sign-off.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Minimum IT Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering.Experience: Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in IT field maintenance.License: Valid KSA Driving License.Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, hardware diagnostics, and cabling standards.Central Computer Maintenance Technician (1 POSITION)Job Summary: Stationed at the Education Administration Building in Yanbu, the Central Maintenance Technician performs component-level bench repairs, electronics diagnostics, and hardware upgrades for computers and printers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform motherboard, power supply, and cooling fan repairs for enterprise PCs .Upgrade storage drives (SSD 512GB/1TB) and RAM (DDR4/DDR5) with secure data migration.Inspect incoming spare parts against technical specs prior to field release.Service mechanical assemblies, fuser units, and rollers for heavy-duty printers and scanners.Manage the local spare parts buffer stock and temporary backup units (Hot-Swap).Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Minimum IT Diploma or Electronics Engineering Technician Certificate.Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven bench-level hardware/electronics repair experience.Skills: Proficient with Multimeters, soldering tools, and advanced hardware diagnostics tools.AV & Interactive Projector Technician (1 POSITION)Job Summary: Specialized in servicing interactive visual display systems, maintaining projectors and smart interactive boards across Yanbu schools.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, clean dust filters, and calibrate focal alignments for classroom projectors.Replace projector lamps (e.g., NEC NP33LP) and calibrate thermal cooling fans.Align IR touch sensors and touch frames for Smart Interactive Boards and Displays.Test long-range digital signal cabling (HDMI 15M, DisplayPort, 4K Wireless Adapters).Comply with OSHA safety protocols when working at heights during ceiling-mounted projector servicing.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Diploma in AV Systems, Electronics, or IT Technology.Experience: Minimum 2 years of specialized experience in projector and smart board maintenance.Skills: Expertise in optical calibration, keystone alignment, and display interface troubleshooting.
