AV & Microsoft Teams Rooms Support Engineer

Location: Powai, Mumbai | On-siteExperience: 3–6 yearsEmployment: Full-timeJoining: Immediate to 30 days preferredBay of Bangalore IT Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced AV & Microsoft Teams Rooms Support Engineer to support enterprise meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.🔧 What You’ll DoSupport Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms in an enterprise environment.Perform daily room health checks and troubleshoot meeting room issues.Diagnose issues involving displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, cabling, touch panels, content sharing and connectivity.Support executive meetings, town halls, webinars and hybrid events, including dry runs and live monitoring.Manage incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate firmware updates.Carry out basic AV-related network checks, including IP, DHCP, DNS and VLAN awareness.Coordinate with OEMs, integration partners and service vendors for repairs and escalations.Support room upgrades, deployments, testing and handover.Provide user guidance and professional support to senior stakeholders.✅ What We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience in corporate AV, video conferencing, enterprise meeting room support or AV systems integration.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms.Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, USB, HDMI, audio, network and peripheral layers.Practical experience with at least two enterprise AV ecosystems such as Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Extron, Neat, DTEN, Shure, Biamp or QSC.Experience with IT service management/ticketing systems and service-level processes.Good spoken and written English with strong customer-handling skills.Willingness to work on-site in Powai and provide planned early/late event coverage when required.⭐ Good to HaveDante Level 1/2, AVIXA CTS or relevant manufacturer certifications/training.Experience with Teams Rooms Pro Management, Crestron XiO Cloud, Logitech Sync or similar monitoring platforms.Town hall and live event experience.Basic CCNA-level networking knowledge.Experience in a banking or financial services environment.📩 How to ApplyFill out the Google Form shared once you apply, and in your CV, mention the following along with other important information: Current locationTotal AV/video conferencing experienceMicrosoft Teams Rooms/Zoom Rooms experienceNotice periodTwo examples of meeting room or event issues you personally resolvedRecruitment managed by Vallaham | Employment with Bay of Bangalore IT Services Pvt Ltd#Hiring #AVEngineer #AVJobs #MicrosoftTeams #MicrosoftTeamsRooms #ZoomRooms #AudioVisual #AVSupport #MumbaiJobs #PowaiJobs #ITJobs #VideoConferencing
