🎯 We’re Hiring: AVL Design Engineer | New Cairo, EgyptAre you an experienced AVL Design Engineer with a passion for delivering innovative Audio, Video & Lighting solutions?Join our team and work on high-end AVL projects across corporate, educational, entertainment, hospitality, and public-sector environments.Job Title: AVL Design EngineerLocation: New Cairo – Fifth Settlement, EgyptJob Type: Full-Time 🚀 About the Role:-We are looking for a talented AVL Design Engineer to design, develop, and deliver integrated Audio, Video & Lighting systems while providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.The ideal candidate combines strong engineering and design skills with excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing capabilities. 🛠 Key Responsibilities:-Design and develop integrated AVL systems including Audio, Video, Lighting, Control, and Networking.Prepare detailed system designs, schematics, layouts, BOQs, and technical documentation.Develop system architecture and select appropriate AVL equipment and technologies.Conduct site surveys and provide optimized technical solutions.Provide technical support to the Sales & Business Development teams during proposals and tenders.Prepare and deliver technical presentations, system demonstrations, and client meetings.Coordinate with Project Management, Installation, Electrical, ELV, and other engineering teams.Review project requirements, specifications, and technical deliverables.Support system integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Maintain strong knowledge of leading AVL technologies and manufacturers.🎓 Qualifications:-✔ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or Mechatronics Engineering.✔ 3–5 years of experience in AVL / AV system design and integration.✔ Strong experience with Audio, Video, Lighting, Control, and Networking systems.✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit and relevant AVL design tools.✔ Good knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, or similar AV platforms is highly preferred.✔ Experience with AVL equipment selection, system architecture, BOQs, and technical documentation.✔ CTS or relevant vendor certifications are a plus. ✨ What We’re Looking For:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective AVL solutions.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Passion for AV technology, innovation, and continuous learning.📩 - Apply now or share your profile with us at [hr@beatpeopleg.com].
