Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Solution Technical Engineer to manage the implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of modern meeting room and collaboration solutions. The engineer will primarily work with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech Room Solutions, QSC audio systems, and Samsung professional displays.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) solutions.Install and configure Logitech meeting room equipment, including:Logitech Rally Bar Rally Mic Pods Tap / Tap IP controllersRoom scheduling and related peripheralsConfigure and troubleshoot QSC audio systems, including DSP, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and audio routing. Configure and integrate Samsung Professional Displays with AV and Teams Room systems. Perform AV equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and handover. Configure audio DSP, microphone levels, echo cancellation, audio zones, and speaker outputs. Troubleshoot audio/video issues such as: Echo and feedback Microphone issues Speaker/audio distortionCamera and video issuesHDMI/USB connectivityDisplay and resolution issuesTeams Room device connectivityIntegrate Teams Rooms with customer network infrastructure and coordinate with network/IT teams for required connectivity.Perform Microsoft Teams Rooms device setup, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Conduct room testing using Microsoft Teams Room testing tools and ensure the meeting room meets required performance standards.
