The company is committed to simplifying operations and improving user experience through reliable, integrated AV environments.Role Description The AV Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining audio-visual systems across various enterprise spaces, including meeting rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, and public areas. Day-to-day tasks include installing AV equipment, managing video conferencing setups, configuring digital signage, performing system testing, and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, and documenting system configurations and maintenance activities. The AV Engineer will also support end users during meetings and events to ensure high-quality audio and video experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka.Qualifications Solid knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) Systems and AV Integration, with experience in designing, installing, and maintaining enterprise AV solutions.Hands-on experience with Video Conferencing platforms and equipment, including configuration, optimization, and user support.Familiarity with Digital Signage solutions, including content deployment, scheduling, and display management.Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing hardware, software, and network-related AV issues in real-time.Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, switching, VLANs) as they relate to AV over IP.Ability to read and interpret AV system drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and end users.Relevant technical certification or diploma/degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field; AV industry certifications (e.g., CTS) are an advantage.Prior experience in corporate or enterprise AV environments is preferred.
