AV Support EngineerWe're Hiring: AV Support Engineer — Al Ain HAMDAZTECH TECHNOLOGY SERVICES L.L.C is looking for a hands-on AV Support Engineer to be permanently based at Al Ain, keeping a large integrated AV, IT and interactive displays.What you'll do

• Deliver planned preventive maintenance — displays, projectors, touchscreens, media players, PCs, servers, amplifiers, speakers, DSPs, controllers, sensors and network devices
• Diagnose and restore breakdowns within agreed SLA response and rectification times, using safe temporary measures where a permanent fix isn't immediately possible
• Support daily presentations, exhibits and scheduled events, and coordinate with the client, OEMs and specialist subcontractors during fault investigation
• Maintain configuration backups, IP schedules, programming files, checklists and service records
• What we're looking for
• 3+ years supporting integrated AV/IT systems — museums, theatres, auditoriums, visitor attractions or similar public venues preferred
• Practical competence across display and projection systems, digital signage and media players , professional audio (amplifiers, DSP, cinema processors), and AV control systems (Crestron, Extron or similar)
• Solid IT and networking fundamentals: Windows PCs and servers, switches, IP addressing, remote access and basic troubleshooting
• Comfortable with interactive exhibit hardware — touchscreens, overlays, motion sensors, Arduino/Phidgets-type interface boards
• Structured approach to documentation, checklists and reporting
• Good spoken and written English, professional conduct in a public-facing environment, and UAE experience
