AV / EVENT PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Bullseye Events & Production Services is looking for an experienced AV / Event Production Engineer to manage the technical planning, setup, operation and troubleshooting of audiovisual and event production systems for live events, exhibitions, conferences, corporate events and other productions.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical knowledge of LED screens, audio systems, lighting, video systems, signal distribution and event production equipment and should be comfortable working on-site during installation, live operation and dismantling.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute technical setups for events, exhibitions and live productions.Install, configure and operate LED screens, video processors, audio systems, lighting equipment and AV systems.Manage video and audio signal routing, cabling and equipment connectivity.Configure LED processors, controllers, media systems and playback equipment.Conduct technical inspections and testing before events.Troubleshoot AV, LED, audio, lighting and connectivity issues during setup and live events.Coordinate with production managers, operators, technicians, vendors and event teams.Review technical drawings, equipment requirements and event specifications.Support installation and dismantling of production equipment at event venues.Maintain production equipment and report technical faults or maintenance requirements.Follow venue regulations and technical and electrical safety procedures.Provide on-site technical support throughout rehearsals and live events.Work efficiently under tight event timelines and changing production requirements.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, AV Technology or a related technical field preferred.Previous experience in event production, AV rental, live events, exhibitions or technical production.Strong hands-on experience with LED display systems and AV equipment.Knowledge of video processors, signal converters, switchers, media players and related systems.Good understanding of audio, lighting, power distribution and event cabling.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read technical layouts and equipment plans.Comfortable working flexible hours, weekends and late-night event schedules when required.UAE event production experience is preferred.UAE driving licence is an advantage.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience working on large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences, sports events, concerts, LED installations and live productions will be preferred.
