For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.Exciting new opportunity has arisen for a proven AV Events Technician, to join a well-known globally recognised business, to manage and oversee the delivery of the on-site event services between Kinly and our client.The position involves a high degree of client contact, often working with executive management and managing directors to provide best in class services across all Audio Visual-related parts of event services.Key responsibilities:Video/audio conference set-up and supportSite certification of all new and relocated video conference systemsCarrying out video conference software updatesAssisting with support for video/audio conferencing problems - investigate faults and recommending further actions to rectifySupporting virtual eventsBuilding and maintaining client relationships, advising clients on best practice, technical risks and potential proceduralEnsuring all multi-media/presentation rooms are maintained in good working orderAV equipment set-up and supportPresentation/multi-media meeting room support, including duration supportAssisting with support for multi-media broadcastingProviding quick response to emergency/ad-hoc requestsCarrying out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly in accordance with the room check procedureProactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctlyAssisting with first line fault repairsCarrying out all power down/up when required, usually involving out-of-hours overtime commitmentsSkills and experience:Proven experience working in a similar role,Good knowledge of technical systems, such as WebEx, Zoom and TeamsConfident and credible communicatorFluency in both Cantonese and EnglishIf you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.If you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please email jobs@kinly.com outlining your requirements.Equal Opportunities:Kinly is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, age, gender identity, pregnancy, colour, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other ‘protected characteristics.
