AV Manager

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting an AV Manager to take ownership of day-to-day AV delivery at a key Central London venue.This is a great opportunity for an experienced AV professional looking to step into management while still remaining hands-on when required.You’ll be responsible for:Client liaison, quoting and event planningCoordinating equipment, crew and rotasManaging technical delivery from enquiry through to completionSupporting day-to-day venue AV requirementsProviding hands-on AV support when neededWe’re looking for someone with a strong background in AV, live events or technical production who is organised, commercially aware and confident dealing with clients and venue stakeholders.The role is predominantly management-focused, so you’ll need to enjoy taking ownership, working within established processes and supporting the commercial side of the operation.Location: Central LondonSalary: £50,000Hours: Typically 08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00, with occasional evenings and very limited weekend workChristy Media Solutions is committed to inclusive and equitable recruitment and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
