Senior AV Programmer / AV Automation ProgrammerLocation: Noida – Base Location Travel: Pan India Experience: 5+ Years Employment: Full-time Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferredRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior AV Programmer who can independently handle programming, integration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of AV and automation systems across projects.The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with multiple AV control and automation platforms and should be comfortable working directly with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, OEMs and site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement programming for AV Control & Automation Systems.Work on integration of AV devices, control systems and third-party equipment.Configure, program, test and commission AV systems at project sites.Troubleshoot programming and system-integration issues.Develop control logic, UI/interface and automation sequences as required.Interface with Project Managers and Engineering teams during project execution.Coordinate with OEMs and technical teams for system integration.Conduct testing, commissioning and system handover.Prepare programming documentation and system backups.Provide remote/on-site technical support after commissioning.Travel Pan India for project requirements.Technology / Platform ExposureWe should specifically look for candidates having exposure to multiple platforms, such as:CrestronAMXExtronQ-SYSBiampDante / Audio NetworkingKNX / Control SystemsLutron / Lighting ControlControl4 / Home AutomationTCP/IP, RS-232, IR, Relay, API-based integrationsC#, C++, Python, JavaScript or other relevant programming languagesImportant: We don't necessarily need someone who is an expert in every technology. The candidate should have strong programming fundamentals and demonstrated hands-on experience with multiple AV automation/control platforms.Candidate Profile5+ years of relevant experience in AV Programming / AV Automation / System Integration.Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.Experience in commercial AV, smart building, corporate AV, boardroom, conference room or automation projects.Able to independently understand project drawings, system architecture and control requirements.Good communication and coordination skills.Willingness to travel extensively across India.Should be comfortable working at project sites when required.
