Role: AV Project Manager

For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.Due to exciting new team structures at Kinly, we now have several opportunities for proven AV Project Managers to join our highly collaborative global operations team.You will be working closely with design teams, installation and commissioning teams, sales teams, suppliers, customers, and other project stakeholders, being responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and successfully delivering projects within agreed time, budget, quality, and scope parameters.The role ensures that projects are executed in a structured and predictable manner, with all stakeholders aligned to project objectives and expectations.You will lead project teams, monitor progress throughout the entire project lifecycle, and ensure timely decision-making, risk management, and stakeholder engagement and will actively contribute to customer satisfaction, project profitability, and the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned AV integration projects from internal project handover through to completionLead project mobilisation and establish project delivery requirementsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery schedulesEstablish project milestones, dependencies, critical paths and key deliverablesEstablish project governance, reporting and communication structuresEnsure project teams understand scope, programme, deliverables and customer requirementsCoordinate activities across; AV design, Procurement, Supply chain, Rack build, Site installation, Programming, CommissioningManage project delivery against agreed scope, budget, programme and quality requirementsCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist partnersAct as the primary project contact for the customer throughout project deliveryCommunicate project risks, issues, changes and dependencies proactively.Take responsibility for the financial performance of assigned projectsMonitor project budgets, costs, revenue and gross marginIdentify, assess and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycleDevelop mitigation and contingency plans for key project risks.Proactively manage project dependencies and constraintsEnsure Health, Safety & Compliance Skills & ExperienceProven experience managing complex projects within the AV, technology integration, IT, engineering or construction sectorsSolid background in project planning, financial control, resource management, Health & Safety and construction experience is essentialStrong understanding of project management principles, methodologies and processesExperience managing project budgets, costs, risks and programmesStrong customer and stakeholder management skillsExperience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teamsStrong commercial awareness and financial management skillsExperience working with subcontractors, suppliers and external partnersExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projectsWillingness to travel and work flexible hours when requiredRelevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, MSP)Familiarity with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Jira, Clarity, Planview)CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification (AVIXA/InfoComm) advantageous but not essentialAble to be in the Breda office when not on client sitesFluency in both Dutch and English would be beneficialWhat Kinly Offers YouA competitive salary8% holiday allowanceA full-time position, partly from home and partly at the office (Breda)27 vacation days per year on a full-time basis + the day off after Ascension DayA good pension schemeTravel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre or an NS Business CardA mobile phone and laptopFlexible working hoursFree organized lunch at the office and fresh fruit throughout the dayA work environment where employees take center stage and job satisfaction is important.Friday afternoon drinks, team outings, and at least twice a year a large staff party organized by the event team.Focus on vitality, padel tournaments, and lunch walks.1 workday per year to dedicate yourself to volunteer work of your choiceGroup health insurance with CZ with a discount for the whole family and an annual health checkIf you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.If you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please email jobs@kinly.com outlining your requirements.Equal Opportunities:Kinly is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, age, gender identity, pregnancy, colour, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other ‘protected characteristics.
