Working alongside System Engineers, Project Managers and installation teams, you'll transform technical designs into extraordinary experiences.The RealityWorking in the superyacht industry comes with high expectations.Details matter. One day you'll be configuring systems and testing functionality. The next you'll be supporting an installation team, solving a technical challenge or commissioning a yacht before delivery.Your RoleYou're the technical backbone behind the onboard AV experience.Working from functional designs, you'll translate project requirements into practical configurations and system setups. From cinemas and distributed audio systems to IPTV and video solutions, you'll ensure every detail is engineered, configured and delivered to the highest standard.You'll analyse and optimise system designs, advise on technical improvements and support project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. Whether you're creating technical documentation, commissioning systems on board or solving challenges during execution, you'll play a key role in delivering successful projects.What you bringWe're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a practical mindset.You'll probably recognise yourself in this:You have strong knowledge of AV/IT infrastructures, networking and system integration;You have experience with one or more of the following: IPTV, audio systems, video systems or AV control platforms;Experience with Crestron Digital Media, Dante or similar technologies is a strong advantage;You work independently, take ownership and remain focused when projects become complex;You communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers and clients in both English and Dutch;What you’ll getAt VBH, you'll work on projects that few AV professionals ever experience.In return, we offer:A gross monthly salary between €3.738,- and €5.374,- based on a 40-hours work weekTravel allowance or company car;Laptop and iPhone;25 vacation days;Annual profit sharing;Training and development opportunities;Ready to bring extraordinary experiences to life?If you are getting just as excited as us after reading this, we'd love to hear your story.🛥️ Join VBH and become part of the team behind some of the world's most advanced superyachts.
