Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSupport, maintain, and optimize AV infrastructure, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, and repairs.Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization's Zoom ecosystem, including Zoom Rooms, device management, and digital signage.Manage incident workflows according to internal governance frameworks.Support the organization's AV environment during regular business hours, with flexibility for some on-call, after-hours, and weekend support.Travel between onsite locations as needed to support different facilities.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or operations.At least 1 year of experience working with IT systems, networking, and infrastructure.At least 1 year of experience supporting desktop platforms and operating systems.Proven experience with incident management and reporting tools.Foundational knowledge of networking, conference room equipment, AV controllers, and audio signal processing.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with AV hardware such as Poly, Biamp, Crestron, controllers, and audio DSPs.Familiarity with platforms including Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Digital Signage.Ability to sit onsite at the West Creek location and travel to facilities as required.Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
