AV Technician

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled AV Technician experienced in setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual systems for events and daily operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling LED screens, sound systems, projectors, microphones, and video conferencing equipment, ensuring seamless AV performance across all functions.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual (AV) systems including LED screens, sound systems, projectors, and video conferencing equipment.Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and testing of all AV systems before and during events.Support live events, meetings, and presentations by ensuring clear and reliable sound and video quality.Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure timely setup and flawless execution of AV requirements.Maintain and update inventory of AV equipment, cables, and accessories.Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment functionality and longevity.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, and lighting systems.Ensure all AV operations adhere to safety, quality, and performance standards.Requirements:Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an AV Technician in hospitality, events, or facility management.Strong knowledge of LED display systems, amplifiers, mixers, microphones, and video conferencing platforms.Ability to troubleshoot sound and video signal flow efficiently under time constraints.Understanding of networked AV systems, cabling, and power distribution preferred.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Physically fit and capable of handling AV equipment setup and dismantling.Diploma / ITI / Certification in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, or related field preferred.Benefits:AED 2,500 monthly salaryFood (All Meals Provided)Company Accommodation ProvidedUniform and Transportation ProvidedAnnual Leave and Other Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
