The company handles system installations, project implementation, maintenance and technical support, with a strong focus on reliable technology solutions and quality customer service.About the RoleWe are looking for an IT / AV Technician to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT, AV and security systems at customer sites.Key RequirementsHands-on experience in IT infrastructure, AV systems and technical troubleshootingExperience with Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), video conferencing and presentation systemsKnowledge of CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP cameras and access controlGood understanding of networking, computers, hardware and softwareExperience with installation, configuration and commissioningStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsDegree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related technical field is mandatoryMust be comfortable with field work and travelling to customer sites
