AV-Techniker (M/F/D)

We are partnering with a global AV systems integration company to recruit an Onsite AV Technician, based full-time at the Düsseldorf site of a leading enterprise client. This is an opportunity to become the go-to AV expert for a high-profile workplace, keeping business-critical conference rooms, meeting spaces and LED displays running flawlessly, while joining a team known for its technical excellence and long-standing client partnerships.What you will doAct as the first point of contact for all onsite AV, providing fast break-fix support so meetings and events run without disruptionTroubleshoot and resolve audio, video, control and connectivity issues, escalating to manufacturers and vendors where neededCarry out scheduled preventative maintenance across conference rooms, meeting rooms, boardrooms and LED screensProvide hands-on technical support for VIP meetings, town halls and internal eventsKeep service tickets, asset records and maintenance logs accurate and up to dateWork closely with the client's IT and facilities teams to improve system uptime and the end-user experienceWhat we are looking forExperience in AV support, service or installation, ideally within a corporate, enterprise or managed-service environmentEvent technicians with a strong background in audio or video are also very welcome to applyConfident fault-finding across AV signal flow: audio, video, control and networkA calm, customer-focused approach and clear communication with users at every levelFluent German and English, spoken and written, and the right to work in GermanyNice to have: Crestron, Extron or AMX control systems; Q-SYS, Biamp or Shure audio; Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms; LED video wall processing (e.g. Novastar or Brompton); AV-over-IP such as Dante or SDVoE; CTS or manufacturer certificationsWhat is on offerCompetitive salary of between €50,000 - €60,000 Pension contribution, 30 days' holiday and core benefitsPermanent contract, full-time role, fully on-site in Düsseldorf with no travel requiredOngoing manufacturer training and certification, with progression opportunities within a global integratorHow to applyApply with your CV, quoting reference AX1290.
