Avaloq ConsultantLOCATION and SETUP:Hybrid – Ortigas Client OfficeShifting ScheduleSummaryWe are seeking an experienced Avaloq Consultant with strong expertise in the Avaloq Core Platform (ACP) to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise banking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with ACP, Avaloq product configuration, platform extensions, and release management while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across the Avaloq ecosystem.This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Avaloq development or configuration, banking operations, and technical support within private banking or wealth management environments.ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject matter expert for the Avaloq Core Platform (ACP), providing functional and technical expertise across the platform.Analyze ACP business processes, system configurations, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.Design, develop, and implement enhancements that improve ACP functionality, performance, and operational efficiency.Configure and maintain Avaloq modules, parameterization, interfaces, and reporting solutions.Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver ACP enhancements.Support product management by translating business requirements into scalable Avaloq solutions.Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and release management of ACP-related initiatives.Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PL/SQL programs, Unix/Shell scripts, batch jobs, and Control-M scheduling processes.Support system integrations between ACP and internal or third-party applications.Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and implement sustainable solutions.Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and operational procedures.Participate in system upgrades, platform enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to banking standards and best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.3+ years of hands-on experience working with the Avaloq Core Platform (ACP).Strong experience with Avaloq modules, parameterization, reporting, and interfaces.Experience supporting Avaloq product enhancements, platform extensions, and release management activities.Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.Technical SkillsAvaloq Core Platform (ACP)Avaloq Configuration & ParameterizationAvaloq ModulesProduct ExtensionsProduct ManagementRelease ManagementPL/SQLSQLUnix/LinuxShell ScriptingControl-MBatch Processing & Batch OperationsSystem IntegrationReporting & InterfacesPreferred QualificationsExperience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Core Banking environments.Experience supporting enterprise banking platforms in production environments.Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.Experience working on Avaloq implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.Avaloq certifications or other relevant banking platform certifications are highly desirable.
