📣✈️ We're Hiring: Aviation Quality Manager📍 Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to Senior Management🌐 About UsWe are a leading aviation organization committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.Through robust quality management systems, continuous improvement, risk-based oversight, and strong stakeholder collaboration, we ensure that aviation operations consistently meet applicable UAE, international, and industry standards.We value safety, integrity, accountability, compliance, professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement.🎯 The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Aviation Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance, compliance, audit, and continuous improvement activities across aviation operations.The successful candidate will manage the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), conduct audits and inspections, monitor operational compliance, manage findings and corrective actions, and work closely with internal departments, regulators, suppliers, and aviation stakeholders.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in aviation quality assurance, regulatory compliance, safety management, auditing, quality systems, risk management, and operational governance.🚀 What You'll DoDevelop, implement, and maintain the Aviation Quality Management System (QMS)Establish quality policies, procedures, standards, KPIs, and performance objectivesLead internal and external quality audits, inspections, and compliance assessmentsEnsure compliance with applicable UAE GCAA regulations, ICAO standards, and relevant aviation requirementsMonitor operational processes and identify quality, compliance, and performance risksManage non-conformities, findings, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actionsDevelop and maintain audit programs and quality assurance schedulesCoordinate with regulatory authorities, auditors, airlines, airport operators, suppliers, and other aviation stakeholdersMonitor supplier and contractor quality performanceEstablish quality KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and management reportsConduct management reviews and present quality performance to senior leadershipLead continuous improvement and process optimization initiativesSupport risk assessments and integration between quality and safety management systemsInvestigate recurring quality issues and develop sustainable corrective measuresEnsure quality-related documentation, records, and procedures are properly controlledDevelop and deliver quality awareness and compliance trainingSupport regulatory inspections and ensure timely closure of regulatory findingsPromote a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and operational excellence✅ What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Safety Management, or a related field5–10+ years of experience in aviation quality, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, auditing, or aviation operationsProven experience managing aviation quality systems and audit programsStrong knowledge of aviation regulatory and quality requirementsExperience with GCAA, ICAO, IATA, or equivalent aviation regulatory frameworksStrong understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience managing corrective and preventive action programsStrong analytical, investigation, reporting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilitiesAbility to work effectively with senior management, regulators, operational teams, and external organizationsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently in a highly regulated aviation environment🌟 Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Aviation Management, Quality Management, Safety Management, Engineering, or a related disciplineProfessional quality certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ, CQI/IRCA, or equivalentAviation safety or quality certifications are highly desirableExperience with GCAA CAR, ICAO Annexes, IATA standards, IOSA, ISAGO, or relevant aviation frameworksKnowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and risk-based auditingExperience in airline, airport, MRO, ground handling, cargo, aviation security, or other aviation environmentsExperience managing regulatory audits and inspectionsExperience with quality management software, audit management systems, and data analytics toolsPrevious experience working in the UAE or GCC aviation sector is an advantageExperience working with international aviation organizations is desirableFluency in English is required;
