PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE 2 REQUIREMENTS.About The RoleJC Aviation Solutions is seeking a highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented Aviation Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator to support our aircraft parts procurement and logistics operation in Miami, Florida.This position sits at the center of our day-to-day operations. The Coordinator will support the movement of aircraft parts from purchase order through receiving and shipment, maintaining accurate records, following up on open orders, coordinating with vendors and logistics partners, and ensuring that parts and supporting documentation are properly received, recorded and organized.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work, takes ownership of follow-ups, and is comfortable working independently.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Supply Chain CoordinationCreate, update and maintain purchase order and order recordsTrack open orders from purchase through deliveryMonitor supplier shipping dates and follow up on outstanding ordersMaintain accurate tracking information and order statusCommunicate professionally with vendors regarding order status, documentation and discrepanciesEscalate delayed, incomplete or at-risk ordersMaintain organized digital records of orders, shipments and vendor communicationsAssist with invoice and purchase-order reconciliationPrepare routine open-order and shipment-status reportsAircraft Parts ReceivingReceive incoming aircraft parts, components and packagesInspect external packaging for visible damage or discrepanciesVerify shipments against purchase orders and packing slipsVerify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities and conditionPhotograph incoming packages, components, labels and supporting documentationRecord receipts accurately in company systemsIdentify and escalate missing documentation, damaged shipments or discrepanciesMaintain a clean, secure and organized receiving and storage areaDocumentation & LogisticsMaintain receiving and traceability documentationOrganize Certificates of Conformance, FAA 8130-3 forms and other supporting documentation when applicableCoordinate with freight forwarders, carriers and logistics partnersTrack outbound shipments through deliveryMaintain shipment and inventory recordsAssist with preparation and organization of export/shipping documentationEnsure records are complete and easily traceableOperations SupportMaintain vendor contact and account informationAssist with inventory counts and reconciliationCreate and maintain spreadsheets, reports and operational recordsHelp document and improve internal procedures and workflowsSupport additional operational and administrative projects as the company growsQUALIFICATIONS:MUST BE Bilingual English/SpanishMUST BE local to the Miami areaHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience in operations, logistics, shipping/receiving, purchasing, inventory, supply chain, data entry or a similar roleStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailComfortable working independently and managing multiple open follow-upsStrong computer skills, including email, spreadsheets and cloud-based systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsProfessional written and verbal communicationAbility to follow established procedures and recognize when an issue should be escalatedLegally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsAviation, aerospace, MRO or aircraft-parts experienceFamiliarity with purchase orders, packing slips, invoices and inventory systemsFamiliarity with aircraft part numbers, serial numbers and traceabilityExperience with FAA 8130-3, Certificates of Conformance or aviation documentationERP or inventory-management system experienceSpanish proficiencyInterest in growing within aviation procurement, logistics and supply-chain operationsSchedule and LocationMonday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PMFull-time | On-site | Miami, Florida (Medley/Doral)Compensation$22–$25/hour, depending on experience, with flexibility for candidates with direct aviation supply-chain or aircraft-parts experience.BenefitsPaid time off
