This role is responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to drive growth in the UAE market, including identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and resellers, tracking performance against sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability and support. The AVP Channel Sales will also analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Channel Sales and Channel Strategy skills.Candidates should possess experience working with Channel Partners and managing partner relationships.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including negotiation and closing capabilities.Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills for key channel accounts.Experience in automotive, electric vehicles, or commercial transportation industries is beneficial.Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the GCC region, preferably UAE.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-moving environment.email:- hr.admin@ultricmotors.com
