Equity Analyst – U.S. TechnologyA leading investment firm is seeking an Equity Analyst to join its U.S. Equity team in New York, focused on the Information Technology sector.Key responsibilities:Conduct fundamental, bottom-up research on U.S. technology companies.Build and maintain financial models, earnings estimates, and valuation analyses.Analyze earnings, SEC filings, company disclosures, and industry developments.Develop investment theses, valuation targets, and stock recommendations.Identify new investment opportunities and provide actionable insights to portfolio managers.Prepare research and investment materials and communicate sector developments to investment teams.Collaborate with senior analysts and portfolio managers across U.S. and international teams.Key qualifications:Strong background in fundamental equity research and U.S. public equities.Strong financial modeling, accounting, and valuation skills.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities.Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms preferred.CFA progress/designation and experience with Python, SQL, or other data tools are a plus.
