AVP Front Office Risk and Controls – Private Banking - LondonSitting within the first line of defence, this is a varied and hands on role supporting the business across risk and controls, product governance, operational resilience and third party oversight.Key responsibilitiesComplete risk and control assessments across front office activitiesReview new and existing products, processes and associated risksSupport business continuity and operational resilience testingAssist with the oversight of suppliers and outsourced servicesMonitor controls and produce risk reporting for senior stakeholdersSupport the resolution of incidents and Audit or Compliance findingsHelp the business implement proportionate controls and process improvementsProvide practical risk advice to front-office and operational teamsAbout youExperience within risk, controls, compliance or a front office risk roleExperience within private banking, wealth management or a related banking environmentComfortable working within the first line of defence and engaging directly with the businessProactive, analytical and able to take ownership of deliveryStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
