We have exciting opportunities for the role of AVP – Health Governance & Strategy Location: MumbaiInterested candidate can share resume akshada.tathe@icicilombard.com with AVP – Health Governance & Strategy subject line and share below details.Current SalaryExpectationNotice PeriodEducation (Full Time / part Time)Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & AOP DeliveryDeliver AOP targets for Loss Ratio, PCC, cost, and quality parameters.Monitor performance metrics and publish governance dashboards.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance frameworks.Risk, Audit & ComplianceDrive audit readiness and closure of audit observations and risk actionable.Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal teams to maintain strong control hygiene.Strategic Execution & Program ManagementLead monthly delivery plans, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.Manage cross-functional workstreams and dependencies for strategic initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement & LeadershipCollaborate with UW, Claims, Actuarial, Product, Operations, and Technology functions.Influence decision-making with data-backed insights and structured communication.Lead governance forums and leadership review cycles.Review & Communication ExcellenceCreate high-impact CXO-level review decks, reports, and strategic presentations.Drive crisp documentation of processes, policies, and status updates.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of Health Insurance, underwriting principles, products, and key cost drivers.High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and analytical tools.Expertise in governance frameworks, compliance, and project management.Leadership & BehavioralExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.Proactive leadership with strong execution rigor.Thought leadership, structured thinking, and design-thinking mindset.Strong drafting, communication, and presentation skills.Experience & Qualification10 to 15 years in Health UW/Product/Operations/Governance or related insurance roles.Exposure to governance, audit, compliance, or strategy functions preferred.Graduate/Postgraduate in insurance, analytics, business, or relevant fields.Regards,Saba
