🌟 Hiring: AVP – Marketing Business Partnerships (Credit Cards)📍 Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai (Onsite)📅 Contract: 6 Months – Renewable👨 💼 Experience: 8+ YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced AVP – Marketing Business Partnerships to lead CRM-driven customer engagement initiatives for credit card products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CRM marketing, campaign execution, stakeholder management, and banking marketing, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue for credit card customers.Manage onboarding journeys, cross-sell campaigns, and next-best-offer communications.Develop communication plans with business stakeholders across multiple customer touchpoints.Coordinate creative assets and marketing content in English (Arabic is an advantage).Work closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Business teams for campaign approvals.Manage customer journeys across EDMs, SMS, website, and mobile app.Track campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness.Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high execution standards.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.8+ years of CRM marketing experience.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Strong background in banking, credit cards, or CRM marketing.Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.Experience in the Middle East market is mandatory.Fluent in English (Arabic preferred).Immediate joiners preferred and willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi/Dubai with travel between emirates.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV at: simmi@hiresquad.in
