The ideal profile combines analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex technological trends into meaningful business insights.Candidates with a consulting background and experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders will be preferred. Success in this role requires structured thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and compelling storytelling skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and minimal guidance will be a key success factor.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research across technology domains, including AI, data, and cloudSynthesize external industry trends into clear, actionable business insightsSupport leadership as a strategic partner in a dynamic, high-impact environmentOperate across business, talent, and organizational priorities with flexibilityDevelop structured narratives and presentations for senior stakeholdersRole NatureThis is a research- and strategy-driven role, not an L&D or training position. It functions as a dynamic partner to leadership (similar to a quasi–Chief of Staff role), with a fluid and evolving scope rather than a fixed mandate.Candidate Profile7+ years of relevant experienceBackground in research firms, consulting organizations, or technology companiesExposure to large-scale technology environments is a plusStrong depth in AI, data, and cloud ecosystemsExcellent research, analytical, and synthesis skillsExperience working with or presenting to senior leadership (CXO-level preferred)Key AttributesIntellectual curiosity and a strong learning mindsetHigh adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsAbility to handle evolving problem statements and shifting prioritiesStrong communication and storytelling capabilities
