Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob DescriptionPlan and manage breast cancer awareness programsCoordinate and present breast cancer awareness seminars and workshops in Japanese and English, in various settings (companies, municipal government offices, schools, etc.)Develop and update seminar and workshop contentsImplement and manage PR and marketing campaigns for breast cancer awareness programsRepresent the foundation in public speaking or lecturing engagements related to breast cancer awareness programsBuild and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners of the foundationHandle inquiries related to breast cancer awareness programsHelp RFTC Japan team members to plan and execute fundraising eventsGive support to the other team members in other activities of the foundation, as neededWelfare and Benefits:Annual pay rise based on performance evaluationFull social insuranceCommuting allowanceAnnual health checkup, including breast cancer screeningHolidays and Leave: Saturdays and Sundays, National public holidays, Winter vacation, Paid leave (eligible for 10 days, after 6 months of full-time employment), Sick leave (5 days).Salary: Monthly salary starting from ¥400,000. Performance-dependent annual pay rise.Employment Type: Full-time (6-month probationary period with full salary)Work Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, 3-6-28 Osaki, Izumi Osaki Building 6F. (Approximately 3 minutes' walk from JR Osaki Station). No domestic or overseas relocations.Working Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (including 1-hour lunch break). Except during a few busy times each year, we typically don’t work overtime.Selection Process: 1) Document screening. 2) First interview with RFTC Japan staff. 3) Final interview with Chairman. 4) Job offer
