AWP Field Service Technician

Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive AWP Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of aerial work platforms (AWPs) and heavy construction equipment. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service, as you will provide critical on-site support to clients to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Work over aerial work platforms (AWP) and other construction equipment.Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery.Provide field service support at customer sites when required.Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and machinery efficiently.Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and reduce breakdowns.Provide technical support and guidance to customers as well as internal teams.Maintain clear communication with customers and team members regarding service updates and technical issues.Document all service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate maintenance records.Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and safety standards.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.Other tasks assigned by the management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).Proven experience in a technical role.Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.Valid UAE driver’s license.
