AWS Technical Lead

Job Title: AWS Technical Lead / AWS Solution ArchitectLocation: Bangalore, Noida ,PuneExperience: 8-12 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AWS Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture, application modernization, DevOps, and cloud-native development. The ideal candidate will lead technical design and delivery of scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized AWS solutions while providing technical leadership to development and DevOps teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end AWS solution design for application modernization, migration, integration, and cloud-native initiatives.Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs, implementation plans, estimates, and delivery roadmaps.Design secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available AWS architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles.Lead development and DevOps teams, conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance activities.Implement and enforce cloud best practices across security, networking, observability, backup, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.Drive containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes.Collaborate with architects, product owners, security teams, operations teams, and client stakeholders.Support incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Create reusable automation scripts, deployment frameworks, and cloud accelerators.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills8+ years of IT experience with strong AWS cloud expertise.Hands-on experience with AWS services including:EC2VPCIAMS3RDS/AuroraLambdaAPI GatewayECS/EKSCloudWatchCloudTrailSecrets ManagerRoute 53Experience designing cloud-native, scalable, and secure architectures.Strong understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework.Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Strong understanding of:MicroservicesREST APIsEvent-Driven ArchitectureCloud SecurityObservabilityRelease ManagementExperience leading technical teams and solution delivery.Preferred Domain ExperienceCloud Application DevelopmentEnterprise ITHealthcare & Life SciencesLarge-Scale Modernization ProgramsRegulated EnvironmentsEducationBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Certifications (Preferred)AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)AWS Certified Developer AssociateAWS Certified DevOps Engineer ProfessionalTerraform CertificationKubernetes Certification
