You will combine deep hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI platforms and modern cloud architecture with the ability to design secure, scalable and production-ready AI solutions.Experience Required:8+ years of experience across software engineering, data or AI systems2+ years of hands-on Generative AI / LLM experience4+ years designing enterprise-scale platforms or distributed systemsStrong experience designing production-grade AI architecturesExperience taking AI solutions from architecture through to enterprise deploymentKey ResponsibilitiesArchitect scalable Azure AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI platformsDesign multi-agent orchestration frameworks for complex automated workflowsDefine context, memory and state-management architectures for AI agentsDesign and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutionsBuild AI solutions using technologies including Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph and AgnoArchitect enterprise AI solutions using Azure and cloud-based AI servicesDesign model inference pipelines across cloud, edge and on-premise environmentsDevelop strategies for LLM/SLM fine-tuning and domain-specific model optimisationEnsure AI solutions meet enterprise standards around security, scalability, performance and governance
