Our Islamabad delivery hub, 365 Ops, handles build and integration work for those engagements alongside our own ISV products heading to Microsoft AppSource.We are expanding the integration side of the practice and looking for a Logic Apps developer who can own the plumbing between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the wider Azure and third-party estate.The roleYou will design, build, and support integration workflows in Azure, mostly Logic Apps, backed by Functions, Service Bus, and API Management. Typical work includes moving orders, accounts, and reference data between Dynamics 365 CE, Finance & Operations, and client systems, and making those flows observable and resilient enough to run unattended in production.This is a hands-on build role with direct client exposure. You will not be handed finished designs — you will help shape them.Working hoursThe team runs on UK working hours to stay aligned with our clients and UK-based colleagues: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm UK time. In Pakistan that is roughly 1:00pm–10:00pm PKT during British Summer Time and 2:00pm–11:00pm PKT over the UK winter. Please only apply if you are comfortable working these hours long term.Key responsibilities•   Build and maintain Azure Logic Apps (Consumption and Standard) for system-to-system integration•   Develop supporting Azure Functions in C# or JavaScript where workflow logic exceeds what Logic Apps should handle•   Integrate with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse via the Web API, custom connectors, and Custom APIs•   Work with Service Bus queues and topics, Event Grid, and Azure API Management for reliable, decoupled messaging•   Handle data transformation across JSON, XML, and flat-file formats, including Liquid maps and XSLT where required•   Implement error handling, retry policies, dead-lettering, and idempotency so flows fail safely and replay cleanly•   Set up monitoring and alerting with Application Insights and Log Analytics, and support live integrations when things break•   Manage infrastructure as code (ARM or Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps•   Write clear technical documentation — interface specs, sequence flows, and runbooks•   Participate in sprint ceremonies, estimation, code reviews, and client-facing technical discussionsEssential skills and experience•   Minimum 2 years' hands-on commercial experience building Azure Logic Apps in production•   Solid working knowledge of core Azure integration services: Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault•   Strong grasp of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, webhooks, and paging patterns•   Confident with JSON, JSONPath, and Logic Apps expression language•   Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD deployment pipelines•   C# or another object-oriented language to a working standard•   Understanding of integration patterns: pub/sub, request-reply, batching, throttling, retry and backoff•   Able to debug production issues across multiple systems and explain root cause clearly•   Good written and spoken English — you will write specs and speak to UK-based clientsDesirable•   Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse integration experience, including Dual Write•   Azure API Management policy authoring•   Bicep or Terraform•   Azure Data Factory or Synapse exposure•   Power Platform: Power Automate, custom connectors, PCF•   Microsoft certifications — AZ-204, AZ-305, or PL-400•   Experience in a consultancy or multi-client delivery environmentWhat we offer•   Enterprise-scale Microsoft projects with real technical depth •   Direct involvement in ISV products going to Microsoft AppSource •   Modern tooling: Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot •   Clear progression toward senior developer and solution architect tracks •   Competitive salary How to applySend your CV and a short note on a Logic Apps integration you built — what it connected, what went wrong, and how you fixed it — to hello@365ops.ai.
